CHANGES DUE TO COVID-19!!

Due to COVID-19, we will be implementing the following changes to abide by NYS restrictions and guidelines:

  • Shoppers are required to purchase a ticket for a shopping appointment during our busiest hours.  Tickets will go on sale starting on September 1st.

  • At any other time, shoppers will be asked to wait outside until there is space in the building.

  • All shoppers will be required to wear a face mask and practice social distancing.

  • Children will not be allowed into the building during paid shopping appointments.  If necessary, bring your children during stand by line times.

  • Stand By Lines: Friday, September 25th, 1 pm-6:15 pm, Saturday, September 26th, 11:00 am-2:15 pm & Sunday, September 27th, 11 am - 1pm

  • Virtual Personal Shopper: for those that do not feel comfortable coming into the building, you may sign up for a virtual personal shopper.  The cost is $25 and will be applied as a shopping credit.  You can schedule your appointment here:https://www.tickettailor.com/events/mothertimemarketplace/406331#. Once you have registered you will receive an email asking for your shopping list.  At the selected date/time your personal shopper will Facetime you with a variety of items. You will have one hour to arrive, pay, and pick up your purchases.

We suggest bringing a rolling container, basket or bag to carry your items.  We do not provide carts.   

Day 1:  Best selection and very busy!

The first day we open our doors is definitely the best day to come if you are looking for the best selection.  Keep in mind shoppers line up early and our first morning is usually the busiest and the most crowded.  We highly recommend not bringing small children during this time.  The afternoon and evening hours on Day 1 are a little less crowded.  

 

Day 2: Calmer shopping experience but still thousands of items.

The second day of our sale is not as chaotic as the first.  There are still thousands and thousands of items to choose from however, a good percentage of our baby equipment & furniture will be gone by this point. Day 2 is a good day to come if you are not a fan of crowds.  There will be items that are a better deal on Sunday, due to consignor's pricing, but also many deals to be had. 

 

Day 3: Half off sale and busy.

On the last day of our sale everything left is 50% off.  Again this is a very busy morning.  Obviously the selection has been reduced by Day 3 but the prices are even less expensive!  

  • Bring a large bag, laundry basket or shopping cart to help you carry items while you shop.  Clothes and toys can get heavy. We do sell totes for $3.00 each if you forget!

  • We accept cash or credit cards.  WE DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS. 

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

  • If you have to bring small children we suggest using a stroller or baby carrier but we ask that you please do not let your children play with merchandise or leave them unattended.

  • We can not put items on hold on Friday, so bring someone with you if you are going to need help.

  • Buy software, movies and video games at your own risk.  We can not evaluate them.

PAID VIP PRE-SALE PASS:

At our pre-sale each season, we allow a limited number of people to purchase a VIP Presale Pass.  If you are too busy to consign and do not wish to volunteer you can still attend this sale if you purchase one of our limited number of VIP Passes.  This allows a set number of people to come shop before we open to the public.  We offer this so that you have a little easier time shopping with less crowds.  This is especially helpful for moms who are close to their delivery date.  These passes are sold on a first come first serve basis.  To receive first notification of when they go on sale please be sure to sign up for our mailing list.
