We need lots of volunteers to help make this event successful.  Volunteers can help with set-up, check in, assisting shoppers, keeping racks and tables organized, the set up and  take-down process.  You will be rewarded for all of your help!  We offer incentives to all of our volunteers.

Volunteer for a 4 hours:

•  Receive 1 complimentary Pre-sale pass.  (Friday at 4:30pm)

•  AND earn 70% of the selling price of your items.

Volunteer for a 5 hours:

•  Receive 1 complimentary Pre-sale pass.  (Friday at 4:30pm)

•  AND earn 70% of the selling price of your items.

• AND you will be paid on the spot for your sales on Sunday!

Volunteer for 8 hours:

• Receive 1 complimentary Pre-sale pass AND entry into the pre-sale 1/2 HOUR EARLY (Friday at 4:00pm)

• Receive 1 complimentary 1/2 Off Day Pre-sale pass.

• AND you will be paid on the spot for your sales on Sunday!

*The first hour of our Pre-sale is set up for all volunteers to shop BEFORE the consignors AND the public.

*Our 50% Off Pre-sale is set up for volunteers that help for 2 or more shifts 

to shop BEFORE the public the day of our 1/2 off sale.

* *To receive credit for your volunteer shift you must sign in when you arrive at the sale.  DEADLINE: if something comes up and you will not be able to work the shift you signed up for, we must receive a cancellation notice via email by the  Monday before your shift or we will deduct an additional $10 from your consignor fee.  Keep in mind consignors that do not volunteer only earn 55% of their sales.

 

Friday @ 4:00pm	Volunteers that do 2 four hour shifts (8 hrs total)
Friday @ 4:30pm	Volunteers that do 1 four or five hour shift
Friday @ 5:00pm	Consignors who choose not to volunteer
Friday @ 5:30pm	Pre-Registered expecting moms

• Media Coverage- help us with radio, television or newspaper coverage and receive 1 complimentary Pre-sale pass AND 1 complimentary 1/2 Off Day Pre-sale pass.
