Marketplace.
Much easier than a yard
sale! Clear out the clutter in your home, drop off your items and
we sell for you! We pay
all the advertising fees and your items will be in front of hundreds of people.
How does
consigning work at
Mothertime Marketplace?

You must FIRST
register for a consignor ID# through our software according to the city you
will be participating at: Hamburg, NY
-
Prepare
your items
-
Then you
enter your inventory and tag your items.

Drop off
your items before the sale during a scheduled time and
place. (please read drop
off directions for the sale you are participating in).

If you want your
unsold items back after the sale, you can pick them up at the
designated time at the same location. (please read pick
up directions for your city).

You earn
55%
of the selling price.

Sign
up for a 4-hour volunteer shift and earn 70%! To sign
up please go to our volunteer page to
see what shifts are available.

The minimum
number of items to consign is 40 unless you have big ticket items.

The
maximum number of items to consign is 200 per
consignor ID. There are specific limits within certain
departments: 120 pieces of hanging
children's clothes , 10 pairs of shoes, 10 pieces of maternity, 10
pieces of women's clothes, 10 adult books and 5 VHS tapes.
The rest of our departments have no limits as long as your total
items does not exceed 200.

Remember to
receive 70% of your sales, you must
work one 4 hour shift.

Important: If
you volunteer for 5-8 hours, YOU WILL BE PAID ON THE SPOT FOR YOUR
SALES ON SUNDAY! If you volunteer for 4 hours or less a check will
be mailed to you within two weeks from the sale.
Incentives:

Receive
an extra 5%
of your sales when you refer 2 NEW consignors that register for the
first time. (consignors must give your name when they register for their ID#)

As a
consignor, you get access to our Pre-Sale (the day before the public
shops).

selling for you.

What can I
sell at Mothertime Marketplace?
Our "accepted
items" list explains what we will accept and will not accept at
Mothertime Marketplace. All items will be reviewed at your
drop-off appointment so please take the time to read our guidelines so
that you do not waste your time preparing items we can not accept.
Also please compare your items against the
government recall list. You can find a link to this list on our prepare
page.
