2) Mothertime Marketplace reserves the right to reject any item, and may also remove an item from the sales floor at any time during the sale if a flaw is found.

3) Any items with no tags will not be sold. Items will be kept aside until after the sale. You may look through the items at pick up if you choose.  Unclaimed, untagged items will be donated to charity at the end of the sale.

4) Hanging, Tagging & Pricing items:

Consignor is responsible for tagging, pricing, and hanging own items for a 55% consignor return. An extra 15% can be earned by volunteering a 4 hour shift at our sale and/or an additional 5% can be earned by referring 2 NEW CONSIGNORS to consign at our sale (Referred friend MUST be a new consignor.) (Referred friend must mention your name when registering for a consignor ID#.) If you do not show for your volunteer shift you will not get your extra 15% of your sales and an extra $10 will be deducted from your sales.

5) Pickup/Donate:

I will pick up my items when sale is over at the scheduled time and date specified on the website. You may pull your own items from the floor starting at 4:30pm on Sunday the last day of the sale.   A plastic bin with consignor name and ID must be left with items that will be picked up at the end of the sale. All items marked with a “D” and items not picked up by designated time will become property of Mothertime Marketplace and are donated to charity. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this rule, we will not hold items that aren’t picked up on time.

6) Half off sale

Any items you have designated to be in the “1/2 off sale” will be sold for 50% off on Sunday.

7) Fee/collect earnings:

Consignors are charged a $10.00 consignor fee. This fee helps to cover the cost of rent, insurance and advertising. We will deduct this fee from your earnings after the sale.   All checks will be mailed out 2 weeks after the sale.

8) Although Mothertime Marketplace will do it’s best to ensure that items are not damaged or stolen between drop-off and pick-up, Mothertime Marketplace, the leasers of the space where the sale is held, and volunteers will not assume liability for the consignor’s items. All sales are final and no returns, refunds or credits will be given.

9) Consignor agrees to waive any and all claims for personal injury resulting from participation in the sale, from whatever cause, against Mothertime Marketplace, the leasers of the space where the sale is held, any volunteer or paid participant in the sale, and the insurer of Mothertime Marketplace.
