1.)
All items must be
clean (no stains, holes, etc.) and functioning (no missing buttons, straps,
zippers, etc.) All items that
require batteries to work MUST
have batteries in them.
2.)
Mothertime
Marketplace reserves the right to reject any
item, and may also remove an item from the sales floor at any time during the
sale if a flaw is found.
3.)
Any items with no
tags will not be sold. Items will be
kept aside until after the sale. You
may look through the items at pick up if you choose.
4.)
Hanging, Tagging
& Pricing items:

Consignor is
responsible for tagging, pricing, and hanging own items for a 60% consignor
return. An extra 10% can be earned by volunteering a 3 hour shift at our sale
and/or an additional 5% can be earned by referring 2 friends to consign at our
sale (Referred friend must mention your name when registering for a
consignor ID#.)
**Consignors tagging their own items are responsible for using the appropriate tags and marking the tags to indicate whether they want to donate their items after the sale to charity and whether to have their items included in the half off sale.
**100% of sales from colored tags during the bag sale will go to a local charity specified by Mothertime Marketplace.
5.)
Pickup/Donate:

I will pick up my
items when sale is over at the scheduled time and date specified on the website.

A plastic bin with
consignor name and ID must be left with items that will be picked up at the end
of the sale.

All items with
colored tags and items not picked up by designated time will become property of
Mothertime Marketplace and are donated to charity.
6.)
Half off sale
·
To have your items
included in the half off sale you must mark tag “½”
7.)
Fee/collect
earnings:
·
Consignors are
charged a $10.00 consignor fee. This
fee helps to cover the cost of rent, insurance and advertising.
We will deduct this fee from your earnings after the sale.

All checks will be
mailed out 2 weeks after the sale. Checks will not be available for pick up at the sale.
8.)
Although
Mothertime Marketplace will do it’s best to
ensure that items are not damaged or stolen between drop-off and pick-up,
Mothertime Marketplace, the leasers of
the space where the sale is held, and volunteers will not assume liability for
the consignor’s items. All sales
are final and no returns, refunds or credits will be given.
9.)
Consignor agrees
to waive any and all claims for personal injury resulting from participation in
the sale, from whatever cause, against Mothertime
Marketplace, the leasers of the space where the sale is held, any volunteer or
paid participant in the sale, and the insurer of Mothertime Marketplace.
10.)
Consignors must
keep their own inventory records. We
will not be able to provide them after the sale.
