up a booth at Mothertime Marketplace and sell your product or service to
the customers that will be attending this event.

booth at our event

You must bring your own
table or rent one from Mothertime Marketplace for $8 per
table.

Your name and
business information will be posted on this website for
six months in our Mother's Directory.

You can add a
promotional item to our 200 goodie bags.

A business card
size ad on each of our check out flyers.

We can only accept
1 vendor booth from each company. The first representative
that we receive payment from will get the spot.

If you would like
flyers to help promote Mothertime Marketplace please email us your
request and we will be happy to mail them to you.

If you need electricity at your booth the
fairgrounds does charge a fee of $46.50 for 10 amps of
electric. If you need more please call for pricing.

For consideration
please email us a description of your business and we will review it
to see if your business or product is
a good fit for our event. Within 72 hours you will receive
notice of whether or not your business has been accepted along with necessary
paperwork and details.

Advertising Sold Separately

promotional information in our goody bags (200 bags at our Hamburg
event and/or 200 at our Batavia event)

logo and business name on one of the side columns of our website for
6 months. Your information will be set up as a direct link to
your own website.

List: We will put your business information in our newsletter in
return for you sending our information to your mailing list.

Groups: If you have a group that is willing to hand out our
coupons or flyers to your moms we will post your group's information

Distribution: If you are a business that is willing to hand out
our coupons at your location we will post your business information
on our website under "coupon locations".
