Drop-Off Directions:

Schedule
your drop off appointment for Hamburg.

You must schedule an appointment to drop off your items.
-
All
items must be dropped off at the large overhead door on the left
side of the Expo Hall building.
-
Please allow 30
minutes for drop-off.

Have
your items
grouped according to size and gender.
-
Pants
can not be folded over a hanger and must be hung on a pant
hanger.
-
Items must be
properly tagged via My Sale Manager software.
-
Anything that does not follow our guidelines will not be accepted. Refer to our
sell and
prepare pages.
-
PLEASE
check your items for stains, pet hair, wrinkles, massive lint,
"balls", etc. before your drop-off appointment. We
can not accept items in this condition.

Wait while your
items are reviewed.
-
Pick up your
pre-sale shopping pass!
-
Hand in a large
storage bin (s) with your name and consignor ID labeled clearly if you
are not able to pull your own unsold items at the end of the sale.

Place your accepted
items on the appropriate racks and tables.
Pick-Up Directions:
** You do not
have to pick up your items. You can choose to donate them to
charity. You must click on the donate box when entering your
inventory for all items you choose to
donate.

Consignors
who choose not to donate unsold items to charity must pull their own items from the sale floor.
You will be assigned a time according to your ID # at your drop
off appointment.

All items not
picked up by: Sunday, May 2nd at
6pm
will be donated to charity, so please mark this
date and time on your calendar. We will not save anything
leftover from the sale. All items left are automatically donated.

Checks will
be available at pick up for those volunteers that work MORE than 4
hours.

All sales are
final. We are not responsible for lost or stolen goods or
goods unsold due to lost tags.
