    Batavia, NY Sale:  

    * We are limiting the Batavia sale to 50 consignors.

   

Drop-Off Directions:

  • Schedule your drop off appointment for Batavia.

  • All items must be dropped off at the 

  • Volunteers will be on hand to help direct you.  

  • Please allow 30 minutes for drop-off.

  • Have your items grouped according to size and gender.

  • Pants can not be folded over a hanger and must be hung on a pant hanger.

  • Items must be properly tagged.  Anything that does not follow our guidelines will not be accepted. Refer to our sell and prepare pages.

  • PLEASE check your items for stains, pet hair, wrinkles, massive lint, "balls", etc. before your drop-off appointment.  We can not accept items in any of this condition.

  • Wait while your items are reviewed.

  • Pick up your pre-sale shopping pass!

  • Hand in a large storage bin (s) with your name and consignor ID labeled clearly if you are planning on picking up your unsold items.

  • Place your accepted items on the appropriate racks and tables.

  • You may not schedule your drop off appointment during your volunteer shift.

Pick-Up Directions:

 

** You do not have to pick up your items. You can choose to donate them to charity.  You must use colored tags for all items you choose to donate.  To see a list of charities we are working with please go to our partners page.

  • Consignors who choose not to donate unsold items to charity and want these items back can come on Sunday, October 12th at 2:00 to pull their own items from the sale floor before the charity sale begins.

  • If for some reason you are unable to pull your own items, you must leave a plastic bin (s) at drop-off and return for your items on Sunday, October 12th at 4:00-4:30. Items will be sorted by consignor ID and ready for pick up in your bin. Please remember to label each bin with your consignor ID

  • Please allow 10 minutes for pick-up.  You can pull your vehicle up to the side or back doors.

  • All items not picked up by:  Sunday, October 12th at 4:30  will be donated to charity, so please mark this date and time on your calendar.

  • Checks will not be available at pick-up. 

  • All sales are final.  We are not responsible for lost or stolen goods or goods unsold due to lost tags.
